Welcome to StatTap ("the App"), a youth sports stat-tracking application operated by Reln Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an Ohio limited liability company. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and the children whose information is managed through the App.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding that information. By using StatTap, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

StatTap is designed for use by parents and legal guardians ("parents") who track athletic performance data on behalf of their minor children ("players"). Children do not create accounts or register directly.
Children may access a limited, read-only "Kids View" of their own stats using a unique player code generated by their parent. StatTap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or provide personal information directly to us.

When you record games, we collect game date, opponent name, sport, period/set information, team scores, in-game stat events and point values, and season and tournament associations.
The App tracks parent engagement through a gamified achievement system, including XP earned, current tier (Stone through Diamond), and achievements earned with their trophy levels.
We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or precise location data. Standard server logs maintained by Supabase may capture IP addresses and request metadata for security and debugging purposes.
We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, provide stat-tracking and achievement features, enable the Kids View, process subscriptions, send transactional communications, improve the App, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use children's data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose other than providing the stat-tracking features you have set up on their behalf.
StatTap is designed with children's privacy as a priority and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Children do not create accounts. All accounts are created by parents or legal guardians. By creating a player profile for a child, you represent that you are that child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the collection and use of that child's information as described in this policy.
What we collect about children is limited to: name, date of birth, sport-specific profile information, and athletic performance data entered by the parent. Children's read-only access is provided through the Kids View feature only — children cannot edit data, create accounts, or communicate with others through the App.

We do not sell your personal information or your child's information to third parties.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your account and player data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a player profile, all associated game data, stats, and achievement records are permanently deleted. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted. We may retain certain records for a limited period as required by law.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication via Supabase Auth, row-level security policies on all database tables, and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Depending on your location, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@relnai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information.
Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting privacy@relnai.com or by managing profiles directly within the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email. Your continued use of StatTap after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
