These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reln Holdings LLC ("Reln Holdings," "we," "us," or "our"), an Ohio limited liability company, governing your use of the StatTap mobile application ("the App").
By downloading, installing, or using StatTap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
StatTap is intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are creating player profiles for minor children, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
To use StatTap, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at privacy@relnai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission, impersonate any person, or provide false information during registration.
StatTap is a youth sports stat-tracking application that allows parents to create player profiles, record game statistics across six sports, track performance over time, and engage with a gamified achievement system.
Free Tier includes one player profile and core stat-tracking features.
Premium Tier includes up to five player profiles, season and tournament tracking, advanced statistics, custom stat board configuration, and access to all achievement categories. Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($34.99/year) subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by the terms of the applicable store. We do not directly process or store payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's store account settings.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You are solely responsible for all data you enter into StatTap, including player profiles, game records, and statistics ("User Content"). By entering User Content, you grant Reln Holdings LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the App's features to you.
You represent that you have the right to enter all User Content and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You may delete your data at any time through the App.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, achievement system, and all related content, is owned by Reln Holdings LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The "StatTap" name and logo are trademarks of Reln Holdings LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
If you create player profiles for children under 13, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you provide verifiable parental consent for the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reln Holdings LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through the App's Settings screen. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
